  • Australian, New Zealand, UK, US and Canadian orders welcome
  • The merchant name Paddington Lane will appear on your credit card statement.
  • Changes to Orders: Payments for online orders are made through a secure processing site and because we don't retain your credit card details, existing orders cannot be modified. Please contact us directly if you need to make any changes to your order and we will do our best to help.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Free standard shipping for all Australian orders.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for International orders.
  • Express shipping is calculated during the checkout procedure before final payment and confirmation of your order and shipped via Australia Post Express Shipping.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

According to Australia Post, deliveries within Australia via standard shipping normally arrive within:

  • 2-5 business days (NSW)
  • 3-6 business days (NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA)

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 days please contact us to see if we can help at all. We cannot however, take responsibility for late delivery caused by Australia Post or other freight carriers as this is out of our control. But, we do commit to keeping across the status of your tracking details and if we become aware of an issue you will be the first to know.

International orders will naturally vary depending on distance and logistical decisions taken by Australia Post.

SHIPPING

In today’s fast-paced world, we understand that nobody wants to wait weeks for their orders anymore. Ain’t nobody got time for that. You should be able to use your beautiful new sheets as soon as you possibly can – those hard-earned dollars shouldn’t be used for waiting periods or turnaround times!

Paddington Lane offers same day shipping on orders posted before 2pm AEST, and next day shipping on orders placed after this time. If you are like me and love to do your online browsing late on a Saturday night, your order will be posted early Monday morning.

A Confirmation Email will be sent with the details of your order once it has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

 

WHAT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Our team takes great care in ensuring that the correct product is delivered to you safely and securely. However, if for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email so we can fix it straight away! 

 

WILL MULTIPLE ITEMS BE DELIVERED TOGETHER?

Whilst we aim to deliver all of your items together, at times in order to ensure the quickest delivery, we may choose to split the deliveries. If this is the case, we will do our best to keep you updated. If you have any queries with regard to split deliveries, please contact us via email.

Please note that the free shipping is for delivery to one Australian address (sorry no split deliveries).
